Is getting a quote free?

Yes. Submitting a quote request is free, and the price we quote is the price you pay on moving day — no surprise fees, no hourly math tricks, no fuel surcharge.

How fast do I get a response after I submit?

You will get a written response within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 7 AM–7 PM). For after-hours submissions, expect a reply the next morning. We confirm every quote in writing before any work begins.

Do I have to commit after I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

No. The quote is a written range you can hold us to. If it does not match your budget, no deposit is taken and you are not booked. Most customers book within a few days of receiving the quote, but there is no obligation.

What information do I need to fill out the form?

Pickup address, delivery address, move date, and a phone number. Anything else (size of home, stairs, specialty items, packing) helps us give a tighter range but is optional. The form takes about 90 seconds.

Can I get a quote for a single-item move (e.g. one piece of furniture)?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we run single-item and furniture deliveries as a regular service. Use the "Home Size" dropdown and pick the smallest option (Studio / 1 Room), and put the item details in the Notes field. Single-item moves typically fall in the bottom of our pricing range.

What if I don't know my exact move date yet?

Accepted Answer

Pick the closest date you have. We can usually shift by a few days without changing the price. Once we lock in a date, we hold your window — same-day or next-day re-bookings within 48 hours of move day may carry a small change fee.

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mac Delivery is a licensed Florida mover and is fully insured. We provide certificates of insurance on request for buildings that require them.

Do you do last-minute moves?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Bookings under 5 days out generally carry a 10–20% premium because we have to re-route other jobs to fit you in. Same-day moves are possible if the morning is open — call us directly at the phone number on the page.

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Miami, Broward, and Greater South Florida — including Miami Beach, Hialeah, Doral, Homestead, North Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Miramar, Weston, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. If you are unsure whether you are in range, submit the form with both addresses and we will tell you.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card. Card payments under $500 are processed with no fee. Card payments $500+ carry a 3% processing fee. Final payment is due at the end of the move, after the truck is unloaded.
